Pretty basic stuff. If you are a beginner then this might be worth taking a look at. Not much in the way of advanced knowledge.

Great book for me as newbie in Survival and prepping.I'm going to reorganise my pantry and setup a survival bag with help from this book. Nice that you get 3 books in 1 buy.
